Mr. Steinberg is a developer of the first onboard computers based on monolithic integrated circuits and multichip arrays, the chief designer of a number of basic intertype onboard computers such as Argon-30, Argon-40, Argon-50 as well as a number of onboard digital computer assemblies based on them dedicated to priority systems and weapons.
